No, we do not ship express, but if you need an item right away, please contact us and we'll do what we can to expedite the order at an additional cost to you.
I really like an item in your collection, but would like more than one. Can I request duplicates or a custom order?"

Yes, dependent upon the materials used and our current inventory. Please contact us for further information.
How do I know the weight of a piece of jewelry?

Unless otherwise noted, our DNTPROD designs are average weight. We do our best to specify when an item is 'lightweight' or 'heavy' in the Details of Design section of each piece of jewelry.
I really like some of the designs that include hemalyke, but am a bit hesitant to purchase due to a medical device/condition. What should I do?"

Safety First! Consult with your physician before making any purchase of, or wearing any of our designs that contain hemalyke regardless of the level of magnetism listed in the product description. Contact us to discuss a custom order.
